PHASE-III
Counseling/Admission of B.Ed. for vacant /leftover seats in colleges of education:
- If the seats after Phase-I & Phase-II of counseling for B.Ed. programme under Govt. /Govt. Aided and Self-Financing Scheme Colleges of Education affiliated to I.G. University, Meerpur, Rewari still remain vacant, the college concerned will have to display the vacant seats on the website of the college.
- The concerned college may make admission at its own level upto 08-03-2022 (05:00PM) by adopting procedure as laid down by the University for the purpose i.e. academic merit etc. 3. For Phase-III, the candidates have to apply afresh and required to submit the application with late fee of Rs. 2000/- alongwith prescribed fee to the Principal of the college concerned. 4. The concerned College will have to send/deposit fee received from the candidate to the University upto 09-03-2022 (05:00 PM) positively alongwith list of admissions made in Phase-III, otherwise the admissions made by the college concerned will be treated as cancelled.
Note: After Phase-III counseling for vacant/leftover seats in colleges of education, no further counseling shall be conducted by the University for admission and no college shall be allowed to make admission beyond 08.03.2022 even if seats remain vacant, to meet the minimum requirement of 200 days compulsory teaching as per NCTE norms. Further the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh has decided in the CWP No.-25707 of 2015 that once the last date has been notified by the admission making authority, therefore, there would be no extension under any circumstances.
